If you're aged between 15 and 25 years old, not in education, training or employment, and live in Darlington, our Pathways programme can offer education, employment and enterprise opportunities alongside innovative activities and personalised support to help you progress.

• Preparing a quality CV

• Completing job applications

• Preparing for interview

• Improving IT skills and how to use online application systems

• Work focussed training

• Support with travel costs, childcare and equipment

• One-to-one support to help you move into education, training, employment or self-employment

• Funding for training courses such as fork lift truck driving, door supervision,  first aid and the health and safety course for the CSCS test/card

• Information and guidance to help you achieve your goals

• Travel and costs to attend activities, training and interviews​
