Choices
If you're over 17, live in Darlington, are not in full-time education and have been unemployed for more than a year, Choices can help you improve your employability and increase your job opportunities.
It can also help you identify and address the things that are holding you back and stopping you from getting a job, such as lack of confidence and issues like mental health and well-being, drug and alcohol dependency and relationship/family issues.
You'll receive intensive one-to-one support and mentoring, too.
